Marigot, like our other vessles is a working boat. While she is temporarily limited to Victoria dock basin while the dock gates remain out of commission, she is normally the mainstay of our training and passenger carrying activities. Even now in Victoria Dock she is fully operational and is providing valuable experience in boathandling, basic seamanship and marine safety to trainees on our courses.

She has given many people a great experience during the years we’ve run our fundraising passenger trips. This gentleman used to sail his uncle’s gravel boats as a young man in his 20’s along this very stretch of the River Tay to Perth and was invited by the skipper to take the wheel……. His family was all on board and it was his 80th birthday too!
