Tay coastal section is part of the Coastwatch Scotland organisation which was set up in order to establish a network of look outs across  Scotland keeping watch on beaches and sea areas where there is a high  level of activities.

Coastwatch Scotland - Tay is a small group of volunteers who have an  interest in, and concern for, the safety of life at sea and on the  coast.
